a good stay
amazing staff easy walk professional service
the staff was amazing and the hotel was very clean. i found everything to be within walking distance, so i didn't need a car. i always receive the same professional service each time i stay. the roast dinner on sunday was beautiful (it was delicious!).
I noticed the telephone in the room wasn't working. It was not a major issue, but it would be good to have it fixed.

this place is very close to the sea, and you don't need to cross any roads to get to the beach or the town centre via the central gardens. the hotel car park has limited spaces (it is first-come, first-served).

The room was clean and beautifully presented with all necessary amenities. The beds were very comfy, and the room maintained a perfect temperature. sea view rooms provide great views over the beach and pier, especially from the higher floors of the building.

The staff are friendly, polite, and very helpful, providing great service to all guests. check-in was smooth, but staff could provide more information about the hotel facilities on arrival. checkout was easy. The team are efficient and quick.

breakfast consists of a buffet-style full english and continental options, setting guests up nicely for the day. the restaurant provides tasty meals in the evening, a delight. (i highly recommend the steak night!).

The staff was friendly. Connor was especially helpful upon my arrival. the location provides easy access to the town and seafront. the free parking was a definite added bonus.
the bathroom in my room could use some updating, though it was still functional, it showed signs of wear.

the location near the seafront offers convenient access to attractions. gardens and christmas lights created a festive atmosphere. the proximity to shops, theatre, and cinema provided various entertainment options, though the parking was expensive!

The staff demonstrated attentiveness and friendliness, especially in the restaurant. the gluten-free requirements were well catered for, a detail i appreciated. mark at the front desk showed really good hospitality and helpfulness. I was really surprised by such warm service.

The room was spacious. I appreciated that. the breakfast had a plentiful selection and a tasty flavour. the hotel's location was great, allowing me to walk everywhere i needed to go.
the parking arrangement felt a little disorganized. i paid for overnight parking, yet upon my return, there were no spaces available! i was directed to an off-site car park and it cost extra. also, special requests for a birthday treat were not fulfilled after i asked for this.
